Business Development Executive (Experience: 0 – 1 year)
Conduct in-depth market research, analyse data and process to identify business needs, recommend data-driven solutions, craft proposals, deliver impactful presentations, build strong client relationships, identify upselling opportunities and position The 8 as a trusted long-term growth partner

Sales Executive (Experience: 0 – 1 year)
Research markets, generate leads, craft persuasive pitches,
manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing, build strong client relationships, identify upsell and cross-selling
opportunities and play a key role in expanding our client base.

Junior Design Strategist (Experience: 0 -1 year)
Create a range of designs, visual assets for various digital and print media, create social media campaigns, brand identity assets, logos and presentations. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to
ensure consistency across projects and gain hands-on experience working with some of South India’s biggest brands.

Senior Design Strategist (Experience: 3+ years)
Take concepts and turn them into brand identities across digital
and print platforms, craft and present mood, craft and present
mood boards and storyboards that enhance the creative direction of a brand’s identity and execute product end to endpackaging designs. 

 

Social Media Strategist (Experience: 0 -1 year)
Manage social media strategies and presence for multiple brands across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and
YouTube, lead impactful digital campaigns that grow brands, plan and execute budget-friendly ad strategies, track performance across various platforms, build target audience profiles, collaborate with content and design teams to deliver engaging, data-driven results.

Content Strategist (Fresher/Senior)
Shape brand stories across social media platforms, craft compelling narratives, manage brand messaging, design content strategies, copy writing, content calendars, LinkedIn personal branding and performance analytics. Work with creative teams to deliver consistent and impactful content that positions our clients as industry leaders.
