Future-Ready is a CSR initiative by RKG Ghee, designed to equip school students (Classes 9-12) with essential life skills.
Through interactive workshops and expert-led sessions, the program fosters holistic development, helping students navigate personal, professional, and social challenges with confidence.

2024 Program Highlights
- Reached 20 schools in Hyderabad & Visakhapatnam
- 1,700+ students engaged over 9 days
- Led by Mr Harish Bala, an expert soft skills trainer
- Hands-on workshops focused on leadership, communication, and creativity
2025 Program Highlights
- Executed training programs in 40 schools in Hyderabad and Karnataka.
- Engaged with 4,600+ students during these sessions.
- Lead by soft skill trainers Prem Sai Gurrala, Chenna Rao Kundeti, Sara Mowlika Devi, Sani Azeem, and Harish Bala.
- These sessions covered necessary life skills like communication, leadership, and problem solving to prepare the students face life confidently.
